PARTICIPATION IN THE BRAZILIAN GDPR

The Brazilian GDPR, which regulates the exercise of activities related to the processing of personal data, was sanctioned on August 14, 2018 and entered into force in August 2020.
At the invitation of the Federal Senate and the House of Representatives, the members of COTS Advogados, Dr. Márcio Cots and Dr. Leandro Alvarenga Miranda were present during the sessions that discussed aspects of the Law.
